LESSON TIMES: FCCM YTH Students meet on Thursday evenings at 7 and Sunday mornings at 10 for lesson time.

GROUP TIME: FCCM YTH Students have youth group time at the church on Sunday evenings, mid-September through mid-May. Meet in the gym at 6 PM. Middle school & high school students will be separate during lesson time.

During the summers, we have various get-togethers. Check with the office or the student minister for details.

Each year, we need an FCCM Medical/Permission form completed. Use the link below to download and print the form. Please have your insurance card handy. Complete one form per student per calendar year. These forms can also be found at the student kiosk in the church lobby or at the Porter House.

Forms filled out now will be good for church activities through December 31 of the current year.
